Torsten Bernewitz has close to 30 years of experience as a management consultant and in business leadership roles.

Torsten is a Managing Principal with ZS Associates, a consulting firm specialising in sales and marketing consulting, software and outsourcing. He currently leads the firm’s change management practice.

Torsten is also founder of the Princeton Change Institute, a non-profit think tank dedicated to advancing change management in public services & policy, NGOs, and private enterprises through applied behavioral psychology.

Torsten has worked predominantly with Fortune-500 companies and their affiliates in the United States, Europe, South America and the Far East, helping them transform their organizations to achieve faster growth and superior execution.

His experience also includes sales and marketing roles with IBM, work for the Commission of the European Union in Brussels on venture capital funding for SME, and research into innovation processes for the Technology Center Hannover in Germany.

He has published many business articles in English and German periodicals, and is a regular speaker at conferences. He divides his time between London in the UK and Princeton, NJ in the U.S.

Torsten has a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and a M.Sc. in Economics and Geography from Leibniz Universität Hannover, Germany.
