The Kets de Vries Institute
Rani Burke, joined the KDVI support team as PA to Oriane Kets de Vries & Selina Edwards. She has now joined Lidy as programme coordinator. Once a programme has been designed she is in charge of the preparation and management at every stage of the delivery. She is the contact point between the client, the KDVI and the faculty and makes sure that information runs smoothly. She is also, along side Judith Taylor, in charge of part of the instrument administration.
Rani’s background includes director-level PA roles at The Hospital Club, L’Oreal UK and more recently Genergy UK, where she gained knowledge in the coaching & leadership fields. Rani lives in Oxfordshire with her husband and 2 young children.
