Mr. Thomas T. Stallkamp, also known as Tom, serves as a Mentor of Mentor Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Stallkamp is the Founder and Principal of Collaborative Management, LLC. He served as President of Old Carco LLC and Daimler AG. From 2004 to 2010, he served as an Industrial Partner at Ripplewood Advisors L.L.C. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at MSX International Inc. from January 2000 to 2003. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. Stallkamp held various positions at DaimlerChrysler Corp. and its predecessor Chrysler Corp., and served as President. He served in various executive level positions in his 20 years career at Chrysler Corp. Mr. Stallkamp joined Ford Motor Co.’s professional supply training program in 1972. For eight years, he worked in Ford’s procurement department. He served as the Chairman of MSX International Inc. since January 1, 2004. He served as Co-Chairman of Asahi Tec Corporation since January 2008. He served as Vice Chairman at MSX International Inc. from January 2000 to 2003. He served as Vice Chairman at DaimlerChrysler Corp. and its predecessor Chrysler Corp. He has been a Director of Baxter International Inc. since 2000 and Lead Director since May 2014 and Smith Electric Vehicles Corp. since November 4, 2011. He has been Member of Board of Managers of CEVA Group Plc since January 21, 2014. He has been a Director of BorgWarner Inc. since February 8, 2006. He has been Member of Board of Managers at CEVA Holdings LLC since January 21, 2014. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of CEVA Group Plc. Mr. Stalkamp serves a Director of EntrepreneurShares LLC. He serves as a Trustee of EntrepreneurShares Series Trust. Mr. Stallkamp served as Lead Director for Baxter International Inc. since January 2004. He served as a Director of MSX International Inc., until March 31, 2006. Mr. Stallkamp served as a Director of Kmart Corp. since 1999 and Oldco M Corporation since February 2007. He served as a Director of Sears Holdings Corporation; Kmart Holding Corp., Detroit Renaissance and Business Leaders for Michigan. He served as a Director of Visteon Corp. since April 2002 until May 24, 2005. Mr. Stallkamp has held directorships of publicly held and privately held companies as well as positions in various civic organizations. Mr. Stalkamp served a Director of Honsel International Technologies S.A. and MSX International Limited. ves on the Board of Advisors at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and teaches at Babson College’s Graduate Entrepreneurship Center. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at Babson College in Boston. He is a noted expert on supply chain management and has co-authored books on the subject. He holds a M.B.A. from Miami University in Ohio and a B.S. in Industrial Management and Economics.
