Biography

Hertie School of Governance

Tobias Bunde is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre for International Security Policy (CISP) at the Hertie School of Governance. He is a political scientist with a research focus on the foreign and security policies of liberal democracies, especially Germany and the United States. Bunde also serves as Head of Policy and Analysis at the Munich Security Conference. He studied international relations at various institutions in Germany, France, and the United States and wrote his PhD dissertation at Freie Universität Berlin.
