Dr. Hall has 30 years of experience in the private sector, public sector, and the educational sector, both in the US and abroad. He has won numerous grants, published many papers in top journals (including http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0929119911001301), has made dozens of academic and practitioner presentations, and also has an active consulting practice.
