Tanvi GautamGeneral ManagementDr. Tanvi Gautam, Programme Director Inclusion & Diversity at SMU ExD, is an award winning c-suite coach and author and she works internationally with organizations to accelerate transformational leadership for the age of disruption. She is the director of a highly transformational women and leadership programme at Singapore Management University attended by women from over 10 countries each year running for more than five years.Her ideas on managing the new work place, as well as women and leadership, have been quoted and published in prominent international forums such as:  Harvard Business Review & Forbes.com. The Workforce magazine (USA) named her on the ‘Game Changer’ list. She has been profiled as a ‘S-hero’ on India’s biggest career sight for working women and featured on ‘Women who inspire’ series in Europe as well as noted as one of top 10 influencers in HR on social media.  She serves on the board of ARTDO international (a pan Asian HR consulting & training organisation). Dr. Tanvi also teaches at the SMU business school in the area of organisational behavior.
