Christian Winther Farstad holds a Master og Science in Organizational Physchology from BI Norwegian Business School. He has several years of experience as a lecturer in several leadership courses with the core focus on individual differences. Beside lecturing he also has experience in consulting and coaching leaders and artists. Christian's research interests are in the field of organizational psychology. His core topics are emotional intelligence, narcissism, and motivation. In his doctoral thesis he emphasize emotional intelligence in leaders.
