Swati Chandra

Swati Chandra is the Director of Communications and Operations in the Career Management Center. Swati develops strategic communication efforts and leads operations for the Center. Prior to joining the Business School in July 2018, Swati was a Fortune 500 recruiter and Human Resources professional with over a decade of corporate Human Resources experience at companies like Time Inc., and Estee Lauder Companies. She holds a dual degree in Economics and Anthropology from Brandeis University and an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College. Swati was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia and grew up in Philadelphia.
