Steve is an accomplished executive with a global background in Executive Management, Human Capital Development, Strategic Planning and Technology Design and Delivery. He has extensive experience in the conversion of innovative ideas into commercially and organizationally viable products and services. His solid global business background, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills provide for an excellent leadership persona. He has a proven track record of managing widely dispersed teams to effectively achieve very complex organizational objectives. He is highly adroit at working in a variety of diverse environments and is particularly well versed in the understanding of how to navigate complicated organizational structures. In addition, he currently maintains a Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Steve is a frequent speaker at business conferences and has been interviewed by press outlets around the world. He is also the CEO of Four Forces Consulting, LLC, a human capital consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations optimize their team's performance. He has extensive experience in the areas of executive development, global HR management, team building, coaching and organizational effectiveness.
Steve is a former Board member of the Ethics Resource Initiative, the Council for Adult Experiential Learning, the Academy of Nutrionists and Dietetics, and Girls Incorporated of DC. He is a past US representative to the N. American HR Mgmt Assoc. (NAHRMA). Work that he and his teams have been associated with has appeared in HBR, WSJ, NPR, the BBC, ABC TV’s “20/20” news show and the NY Times.
Steve is also a top-rated speaker, having presented at the National Institute for Health (NIH), Major League Baseball, The Chinese Council on Human Capital Development, The World Bank, The Conference Board, the NFTC, AMCHAM, SHRM and numerous other corporate, NGO and non-profit organizations.
