I am an experienced reputation and communications consultant who helps clients maximize the impact, creativity and effectiveness of communications.
Using our proprietary research tools, we create detailed management information and reports that provide valuable insight on reputation.
The scope of these reports range from niche local markets to global sectors incorporating findings in 16 languages across 41 different countries.
As a strategic PR consultant, I have worked across a wide variety of sectors and disciplines, from running major campaigns for brands such as Heineken and The National Lottery, to tackling sensitive communications challenges for organisations such as the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and Shell.
I also help clients incorporate digital thinking into their communications, establishing digital PR strategies as well as carrying out training for in-house communications teams.
I trained as a lawyer before becoming a PR professional in 1994. Prior to jointly founding Reputation Consultancy, I held senior director-level positions at a number of respected PR consultancies.
