Asper School of Business
Steve James is the Executive Coordinator, Aerospace Programmes for the Faculty of Graduate Studies. His education includes Certified Management Accountant, Certificate in Public Sector Management, MBA, and MA in Political Studies. Steve has a BSc in Physics and a BA in History/Political Studies.
Steve has extensive Leadership/Executive Training: 20 years of adult education experience including running the Department of National Defence "Executive Space Security Course" between 1997-2001 and running the Asper MBA program between 2001 and 2011. He taught Organization Behaviour & Theory, Industry Analysis, International Business and Strategic Management at the Graduate MBA level.
Steve has extensive professional experience in public sector management, including public policy formulation, annual business planning and budgeting, and performance setting and monitoring.
