Bio

Stephanie Soler specializes in helping clients succeed in challenging leadership roles and work together in high performing teams.  

She draws upon fifteen years of experience as a strategy consultant and educator to help clients boost their analytical rigor and interpersonal savvy.  Clients rely on her blend of empathy, candor, and business acumen to quickly build their leadership capacity. 

Prior to launching her coaching career, Stephanie spent six years at McKinsey & Company advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy, marketing, and organization challenges.  She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she coaches and facilitates MBA students in Strategic Communication and Interpersonal Dynamics.
