SKEMA
Sarra Dahmani is specialized in Project Management. She received her PhD from the Ecole des Mines of Saint Etienne in Industrial Engineering in 2015. She has wide-ranging experience in business consulting in major transformation projects management. Her research focuses on the study of; organizational transformations such as servitization of industrial companies; strategic transition management through the management of decision-making risks; complex decision-making systems in project management; as well as the design and implementation of project support structures (corporate PMOs).
