GIBS Business School
Sarah Babb is a Professional Associate of the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Sarah specialises in leadership development and organisational change in complexity and futures thinking. She designs learning and change programmes, facilitates and coaches executives and senior leadership teams.
Over twenty years Sarah has led many exciting impactful change programmes from scenarios projects, to national skills programmes, to culture change, to the human side of digital transformation. Her passion is to help leaders step up and forge positive futures for our continent. Sarah works each day across organisations and leadership from multiple sectors and across countries.
Sarah has published case studies on organisation development and change, a white paper on leader identity development, and chapters, articles and webinars on leadership, on learning and development, and on coaching.
