Russ Scalpone develops survey tools and metrics for assessing organizational effectiveness, with special focus on innovation and new product development. His experience includes 11 years as faculty in a Design Thinking program at Northwestern University, as well as Director-level positions with McDonald''s Corporation and Baldrige-winner SSM Health Care. At McDonald''s he researched factors linked to long-term customer satisfaction and profitability. At SSM, he designed the leadership curriculum and led improvement projects employing Lean and Six Sigma methodology. He currently heads his own research and consulting firm.
