Overview

Roslyn is a senior consultant for IECL, with hundreds of hours' experience as a facilitator of strategic and business fora. Since 2001, Roslyn has worked with diverse professional and technical leaders and teams to harness potential and build perspective, positivity and purpose. She brings particular consulting experience in the transport sector, including the former DoTARS, and in regulatory agencies here and overseas.

In her work she draws on her seventeen years" experience as an adult educator, senior manager, and Head of People in the Commonwealth and Territory public sectors. Roslyn has undertaken extensive studies in positive psychology, team dynamics, neuroscience, appreciative enquiry, systems theory and intentional change. Roslyn brings deep contextual awareness of strategic drivers and the reform agenda for the Federal Government and a wealth of facilitation skills/experience in organisation transformation initiatives, strategic and business planning. Her strengths include her system insights and capacity as a strategist, customer service focus, strengths based approach and her ability to maximize individual and team potential, work pragmatically with diverse others to generate ideas, lateral thinking, intention and leadership
