UNSW Business School
Rosamund’s work focuses on adaptive leadership and she includes amongst her clients in this domain the National Australia Bank, CSIRO, Boral, Sensis and APRA-AMCOS.
She is a highly experienced executive coach with a particular interest in coaching first-time CEOs and has coached individuals from the Boston Consulting Group, Oroton, Goldman Sachs JBWere, APRA-AMCOS as well as professorial groups in the higher education sector. A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Rosamund has conducted programs for academic women at the University of New South Wales, and the University of Newcastle.
She recently completed The Art and Practice of Leadership Development at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and incorporates the learning and methodology in her delivery of leadership programs. Rosamund has a Master of Arts from the University of Sydney.
