I am based in: Braunschweig

My background is in strategic design and brand development. I am exploring how exceptional enterprises can be crafted with the help of holistic creativity and conscious leadership. To me our current times feel like a golden age for reinventing businesses and how they relate to people and planet. I help enterprises in answering who they are, why they do the things they do and how this will spark inspiration in people. That is why I understand brand as a leadership tool in the first place.

A few years ago I co-founded creative consultancy NAMENAME to design genuinely purpose-led brands and experiences. I work with hidden champions from diverse sectors, ranging from museums to professional services and from NGOs to luxury goods. My company also passionately supports the New Work movement.

Before starting my own company I explored how my design mindset can bring value to rigid and complex environments. My search brought me to Paris, Geneva and New York. In Geneva I joined a design think-tank, which bundled manifold disciplines to develop answers on social issues in urban contexts. This experience of working hand in hand with scientists, architects and artists in an open and experimental context opened my eyes for the power of collaboration between opposite minds. This insight shaped my approach ever since.
