Academy Leadership

Rolly Dessert, a 1972 graduate of the United States Military Academy, holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Denver. He served in the U.S. Army for twenty-eight years, providing leadership to Soldiers from platoon to brigade level. He brings to bear 40 plus years of professional experience from government, industry, and not-for-profit sectors in assisting executives with their most demanding challenges. He has a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMPTM) from the Project Management Institute. He served as a Senior Associate for Booz Allen Hamilton, managing programs for the Army's Combined Arms Center and the Future Warfare Study. He helped establish the Booz Allen Center for the Application of Design (CAD). In that capacity Rolly led a program that delivered more than 80 workshops to clients in the Department of Defense and the Australian Defence Force from 2007-2011.
