Robert J. Thomas specializes in helping CEOs and their leadership teams to get aligned and achieve extraordinary results. Bob has written seven books and is a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review and the Sloan Management Review. He retired from Accenture after 18 years. While there he led the Institute for High Performance. He lives in Brookline, Massachusetts, where he enjoys fast cars and fresh vegetables.
