Renee is a Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness & Leadership Development Executive with 20 years of experience in diverse industries enabling personal and organizational transformation. She designs pragmatic, people-oriented solutions that achieve strategic business objectives. Renee is a collaborative leader highly regarded for simplifying complex concepts, and inspiring individuals and teams to deliver results. Her experience includes designing and implementing the full spectrum of talent attraction, development and retention processes from branding to succession management. She also coaches leaders domestically and internationally to refine their leadership style, business culture, organizational structures and process in order to increase engagement, productivity and profitability. Renee received her MBA from Duke University and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Computer Science from Westchester University of Pennsylvania.
