Philippe Pailot is specialized in Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Behavior (OB) and law of the HRM at SKEMA Business School. He holds a PhD and an HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) in business management from the University of Lille. He is currently conducting research on managerial succession, female entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial resilience, Corporate Social Responsibility, and the relations between law and management.
