Vlerick Business School Executive Education

Philip Rogiers is a Doctoral Researcher at Vlerick Business School. He obtained his Master’s Degree in International Business Economics and Management at KU Leuven University in June 2016. After working for Accenture from 2016 to 2017, Philip started his PhD at Vlerick Business School, KU Leuven, and the Royal Military Academy of Belgium. His research focuses on agility and adaptive governance mechanisms in the context of digital innovation in public services. Philip is passionate about the transformational power of novel digital technologies and their impact on public and private sector business models.
