Expertise

Peter is an economist and principal with Deloitte Tax LLP''s US Central Region Transfer Pricing Team and leads the transfer pricing practice in Minneapolis.  

He has worked with numerous clients to evaluate their intercompany pricing policies for the purpose of documentation, restructuring and tax planning.  Also, Peter has worked with clients with bilateral advanced pricing agreements, global intellectual property management strategies, and business integration and restructuring.  He has also worked with clients to defend against significant proposed transfer pricing adjustments.  

Peter''s clients include companies in various industries including: consumer electronics, multimedia technology, agricultural commodities, life sciences (pharmaceutical and medical devices), and consumer goods.
