Orsolya Sadik-Rozsnyai

Professor of marketing and innovation at ESSCA, Orsolya Sadik-Rozsnyai designs and develops learning modules in the field of innovation and marketing creativity and guides students in the development of innovations.

She has also designed the Creative Box MOOC: a free online training on creativity and innovation, open to all. Since its inception, the MOOC Creative Box has been awarded the title of Best MOOC created by a university or school and received the Teaser Award of the Year by a panel of industry experts, human resources managers and internet users. The prizes were awarded by My Mooc, Le Journal du Net (JDN) and Google France. This MOOC has already been attended by more than 13,000 people worldwide and new editions are planned each year.

Before joining ESSCA, Orsolya Sadik-Rozsnyai worked for nearly 15 years at PSA Peugeot Citroën, in the field of innovation. She has acquired in-depth expertise in the field of technological innovations which she now integrates into her teaching. She also supports many start-up executives, particularly in the identification of the value and the pricing of innovations.

Graduated from two business schools, ESCE Paris and KVIF Budapest, she holds a DESS degree in Change Management and a Master of Management Research from CNAM.

She obtained her PhD in 2013 at CNAM and her research focuses on innovation marketing and management. In particular, she studies customer expectations for radical technological innovations, such as autonomous cars. Some of her research is taken up by the professional press.
