HEC Paris

In January 2009, I have founded HYSTRA, a global, hybrid consulting firm that works with business and social sector pioneers to design and implement hybrid strategies, innovative business approaches that are profitable and eradicate social and environmental problems and require to combine the insights and resources of business and citizen sectors.

We have served large corporations (Unilever, Danone, Ericsson, GDF Suez, Lafarge, LVMH, Orange, Schneider Electric, Suez Environnement, Total, Unilever, Veolia), social businesses (d.light, KickStart, Solarenergie), foundations (The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Shell Foundation, The Children Investment Fund Foundation, ICCO), NGOs (Ashoka, GAIN) and public sector (AFD, DFID, IDB, SDC, EC, IFC, Proparco, TNO).

We have worked on Energy, Water, Housing, ICT, Nutrition, Sanitation, Small farmers and Marketing&Sales. Our public reports are available for download on our website (www.hystra.com).

Prior to Hystra, I spent 6 years with Ashoka where I started France and the UK and founded the global Ashoka Support Network and 18 years with McKinsey where I was a senior partner.

I am the coauthor of "Scaling up business solutions to social problems" published in 2015 by Palgrave Macmillan.
