Antwerp Management School

Peggy De Prins holds a PhD in social sciences. Since the early nineties she has been conducting scientific research in the area of HRM and industrial sociology. Key subjects in her research are the quality of industry/engagement and sustainable HRM. Context variables of her research are often: nonprofit and social profit organizations, professionals, the quaternary sector… She is currently employed as head teacher and academic coordinator of the Master in HRM at the Antwerp Management School and the department Management at the Faculty of Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp. She supervises and develops educational programs aimed at various target groups (e.g. Master in HRM, Master in Management, Master in Cultural Management, Masterclass public and social profit management.
