Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute

Nisha Sehn is an executive coach and climate tech consultant with 15+ years of professional experience spanning government, nonprofits, and tech. She is a working parent, business owner, and mentor focused on enabling compassionate and inclusive leadership, especially in important solution spaces.

Nisha has spent the better part of the last decade building and leading technical program management teams at various stage tech companies and most recently served as a Chief of Staff. She has extensive experience in operations, project management, strategic planning, and management. She graduated from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, and her approach to coaching is imbued with empathy, playfulness, and kindness.

Before entering tech, Nisha received her undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Calgary and a Master of Laws in Environmental Law & Policy from the University of Kent, Canterbury. She is also a Founding Fellow in the inaugural Climatebase Fellowship. Nisha combined her love for the planet with her professional expertise and recently launched her own consulting company, Aurita Coaching & Consulting (www.aurita.co). Aurita has two lines of business: coaching historically marginalized folks to augment diverse leadership and consulting climate tech companies preparing to grow and scale.

She is a native Punjabi speaker, a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and a first-generation Canadian. After living in the Bay Area for ten years, she now lives in Victoria, Canada, with her two kids and husband, where they trek around the wilderness.
