UW Professional & Continuing Education
Neha Patadia is passionate about disrupting health care through the intersection of technology and analytics to drive innovation in the field. She has had more than a decade of experience, spanning the entire health care spectrum — including providers, payers, government, startups and consulting. She also has a master’s in health care informatics and policy from Weill Cornell and a bachelor’s in molecular biology from UC San Diego.
Prior to her current role, Patadia was the director of data and analytics at Seniorlink, a caregiver solutions company. She founded and led her department there, overseeing the development and testing of new clinical analytics, risk models, reporting, BI data warehouse and product development. Before that, she was at McKinsey & Company, where she worked with the management teams of leading health care organizations to address the triple aim of better health, better care and lower costs. She worked on various payment innovation, care management and transparency initiatives. She also worked to help advance analytics unit that supports value-based payment models through a combination of consumer research, clinical research, actuarial science, statistics, economics, and software programming capabilities.
