Biography

Nathalie Louisgrand has a PhD of Université Grenoble Alpes. She is an assistant professor in Human Resource Management and Intercultural Management at GEM. Nathalie received a Master in International Business and another one in International Negotiation from the University of Aix-en-Provence. She also has a Master in Chinese and spent one in exchange in Beijing University. Her research focuses on the French Haute Cuisine (Transmission in China, Hybridation, New forms of Haute Cuisine) and on International Human Resource Management (Expatriation, International Careers of Chefs and Maîtres d’hôtel) and about China.
