Monica Giannone, Adjunct Lecturer in the Management Division at Babson College, is a trainer, consultant, and mediator specializing in negotiation, coalition management, and multi-stakeholder disputes. She also leads the Kennedy School Negotiation Project (KSNP) at Harvard Kennedy School. At the Kennedy School, Giannone oversees a diverse portfolio of work focusing on civil disagreement within the United States, overcoming partisan divide in U.S. legislatures, infrastructure investment, mayoral and local government, value-based conflict, gender and negotiation, and US-Russia relations. Giannone's newest project seeks to expand and analyze the use of coaching for negotiation skill development and strategic career negotiation.

Giannone works with foundations, non-profits, government institutions, and companies in the public and private sectors to deliver customized trainings on interest-based negotiation focusing on two-party negotiation, multi-party negotiation, team based/internal-external negotiation, influence and persuasion, and situations of low-power and/or status differences. Clients include Israeli, Palestinian and international diplomats and political leaders, U.S. Congress, U.S. military, multinational foundations, and private sector companies in the manufacturing, consulting, and tech industries.
