Said Business School
Michele is a founding partner and executive director of Co-Dev, Inc., a global service provider specialising in negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution and leadership.
Michele has been a senior negotiation trainer for over 15 years and teaches seminars and workshops in negotiation, conflict resolution and leadership, to MBA students, corporate executives and diplomats at the United Nations.
She was trained in negotiation at Harvard and is the editor of: The First Move: A Negotiator’s Companion. Lempereur, A. and A. Colson. Chichester: Wiley, 2010. Her current research interests include gender and negotiation, and how emotions impact decision-making in negotiations.
Michele started her career in politics and then worked in higher education both in the US and in France, in fundraising and international program development, negotiating across cultures for over 20 years.
Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Master in Theological Studies from Harvard University. She is bilingual in English and French.
