Michele Croci

Michele Croci is an expert Human Resource/Human Capital professional with 36 years of diverse experience designing and establishing enterprise- wide integrated talent management systems in diverse industries including electronics/entertainment, healthcare, insurance, banking, high-tech, and government.

Michele has held several executive roles in Human Resources/Talent Management including Vice President of Talent Development for IndyMac Bank, Associate Director of Professional Development for USC, Director of Organizational Effectiveness for Prudential Insurance and, most recently, Director of Talent Management for North America for Zurich Insurance. In addition, she has been a faculty member for the American Management Association for 15 years and Senior Faculty for the Human Capital Institute since 2011 specializing in Strategic Workforce Planning, Human Capital Strategy, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Evolutionary Leadership Development, Coaching Culture, and HR professional development.

Ms. Croci is certified in over 35 programs and holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education. Additional certifications include Certified Performance & Learning Professional (CPLP), Performance Consultant/Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), Human Capital/Talent Management (Master Human Capital Strategist), Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) and Organizational Development/Effectiveness, sHRBP, and Talent Acquisition Strategy.

Michele has been recognized as a Best Practice Leader in Human Resources by the Institute for Corporate Productivity. She has been published for competency frameworks and systems design, leadership development, and change management. Michele has presented internationally on her competency integration work.
