Biography

Michael joined EY in 2006, and is the Swiss and EY EMEIA Leader of the Forensic & Integrity Services for financial services clients. His team of close to 200 professionals help financial services’ clients work through complex issues of corporate compliance, misconduct and business disputes.
Michael is focused on white-collar investigations and related litigation. He is passionate about creating a responsible and sustainable business, and lead related initiatives through EY and other organizations.
As a visiting lecturer at the European School of Management & Technology (ESMT Berlin), Michael teaches business ethics, compliance and social responsibility.

“As a Partner at EY, my job is to help EY clients to solve complex international problems. Whether it’s a global investigation, regulatory inquiry, cross-border litigation or compliance program review, my goal is to use compliance, forensic and legal knowhow to provide the commercial and practical recommendation for EY clients.”
