International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Melissa L. Ruchhoeft is a vice president and leads Intellectual Capital within the Lockton Global Benefits Practice. With over 20 years of diverse experience in global consulting, she also supports the global benefits team with complex project work and significant client deliverables. Ruchhoeft works directly with multinational clients to develop, implement and support international employee benefits strategies, including local employee benefits, business travel and expatriate programs, regional plan consolidation, and multinational pooling and captives. She brings a legal perspective to global issues and has consulted on numerous compliance and local country set-up projects, offshore retirement schemes, global strategy and governance projects, and expatriate/TCN issues in 100 countries for organizations of a wide range of sizes, industries and growth plans.
