Maxim Belukhin

Consultant, executive coach, and instructor specialising in leadership team development. Belukhin worked with major private and state-owned corporations in Russia, Western Europe, Singapore, and the Asia-Pacific region for 10 years. He is an INSEAD Associated Executive Coach, an Associate Partner of the Center for Creative Leadership, a member of Avvartes Partners (Switzerland), and a Guest Lecturer at Hanken & SSE Executive Education. In 2016, Belukhin and co-author Myles Downey published a book titled Enabling Genius (enabling-genius.com).

Prior to joining the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Belukhin was Client Director of Leadership Development Practice at Ward Howell, the head of a business line at Human Capital Solutions (exclusive partner of Mercer in Russia), and the HR Director at Sobinbank. Before that, he headed the T&D function at the Renaissance Capital Consumer Finance Group and worked as the Deputy Director of the MTS Corporate University.

Belukhin holds a Master's Degree in Sociology from the Moscow State Pedagogical University and is a graduate of the Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change programme at the INSEAD Business School.
