Biography:
Maryline THENOT is Professor at NEOMA Business School and Manager of the Department of Finance. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences and a diploma in Law and Strategy. She has many years of experience as a Consultant in a firm as well as in international corporations. Her fields of research focus on Institutional Change Cooperative Models, Governance and Industrial Strategy such as Large Agricultural Cooperative Groups. She is member of the Chair of Industrial Bioeconomy at NEOMA Business School, a member of the Scientific Review Committee for the French Society of Rural Economies and the African Society of Management. She is the author of academic articles, books and international studies on Cooperatives and Bioeconomy.
