Martine George

Martine has had more than 29 years work experience in different companies and industries and an unusual combination of expertise and roles:

Practitioner and advocate in Business Analytics, she has occupied different functions as analyst, middle manager and later as director, in Banking, Energy, Telco’s, Logistics, Financial Services industries. Her domain of expertise in such roles has been always around strategic business analytics, strategic marketing, knowledge management, R&D and innovation.

Driven by her 2 passions: organizational development & strategic business analytics, she is Founder & Managing Director of MGHolistic, a company that delivers leadership development coaching, facilitation and innovative trainings with a particular focus on talent development of the business analytics & big data professionals.

Strongly convinced about the potential of more synergies between Companies and the Academia, she is Professor of Management Practice at Solvay Brussels Schools.

She is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified ontological coach (NCC) from Newfield Network and holds different others coaching certifications in Enneagram, Emotional Intelligence, Process Communication, MBTI, Barrett Value Center, Values. She is currently Career Coach at Solvay Brussels School, International Leadership Development Coach at EGI.

Facilitator, she loves facilitating World Cafés and using Appreciative Inquiry methodology to accompany groups in their change journey.

Creative training designer and trainer, she has developed Value Dynamics for the Data Scientist, an innovative training and coaching approach to develop soft skills of data scientists.

Martine holds a PhD in Physics, a Master of Business Administration and some Executive Education credentials from IMD, Lausanne and The Wharton School, Philadelphia, PA, US.
