MCE
Martin Emrich’s expertise in Leadership Development has been built over a 20-year career in Consulting and General Management roles, including several top management consulting projects, on various continents. He has developed and implemented Leadership Development programmes for companies such as Daimler, Hugo Boss, eBay, Adidas and Toshiba. Martin has a proven track record in successful Human Resource Management and profitable Human Capital Management.
Professional background
Martin started to work for The Boston Consulting Group in the year 2000 after his PhD and MBA program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. For The Boston Consulting Group, he led projects in Vienna, Düsseldorf, Phoenix, San Francisco and Boston.
In the following years, he was working for FISCHER Consulting and Training, Wild Consulting and Team Training International as a Senior Consultant and as head of the Assessment Center department.
Today, in addition to his work with MCE, Martin Emrich is lecturer at the University of Rome, the University of Zurich and at the European School of Business in Reutlingen, Germany. He works mainly in Tokyo, Beijing, New York, Rome, Milan and Germany as a coach, facilitator, trainer and keynote-speaker.
Education and qualifications
Dr. Martin Emrich holds a PhD in industrial and organizational Psychology at the University of Tuebingen, Germany. He also studied in the PhD – Program for Cognitive Assessment at the University of Chapel Hill in North Carolina, USA. Certified as a “Systemic Business Coach” by the International Coaching Association.
Personal
Martin has authored more than 50 books and publications in scientific journals and daily newspapers. He is a passionate basketball player and loves to travel and to socialize with people from different cultures. His life motto is “Celebrate diversity!”
