Presentation

Marie-Louise Holle’s primary research areas are Law of Commercial and Public Private Collaboration. She is particularly interested in Tort Law, but she is also interested in Contract Law, and her research touches on parts of Public Law. Marie-Louise is also interested in European and International Relations, and she often includes Foreign Law in her research. In addition to her current research in Tort Law, at the moment she also works on a comparative project regarding Public Private Partnership (PPP). Furthermore, she is one of the Danish participants in the Nordic Restatement of Contract Law.
