Sciences Po

Marie-Gabrielle Plasseraud is trilingual (French, English and Spanish) with a basic understanding of Japanese. She holds an LL.M. from Fordham University (New York), a Master degree in Industrial Property Law from the University of Paris II (2007), a Master II in European Economic Law from the University of Strasbourg. In addition, she graduated from Sciences Po Paris, where she currently teaches a Masters degree lecture at the School of Public Affairs. She is also a member of the jury of the Masters degree in innovation law.

She publishes in the general press as well as in specialized media in the field of intellectual property. She has co-authored with her father Yves Plasseraud, a former patent and trademark attorney. They published the book Typicity which deals with the enhancement of the identity of territories as a tool for development and economic growth.

On a personal level, Marie-Gabrielle Plasseraud enjoys discovering new territories, both in France and abroad. She has lived for several years in New York City and in Mexico City where she has always enjoyed meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. She is very interested in educational innovation and personal development topics. To recharge her batteries, she heads to Brittany where she swims in all seasons, or to the Southern Alps where she enjoys hiking with family.
