Margaret Ochieng, Organisational Psychologist, Founding Director, Inclusive Village Margaret Ochieng is an organisational psychologist and the founding director of the Inclusive Village, a management consultancy and training provider that helps organisations create and nurture conscious and inclusive workplaces to attract the best, most diverse people, retain, develop, and support them to flourish at work.
Margaret is highly skilled at adding evidence-based perspectives to people and talent practices and processes, and holds great insights as an organisational researcher on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. Margaret’s strengths also lie in facilitating brave psychological spaces for individuals and teams to create impact while overcoming challenging and uncomfortable dynamics. Margaret is also a certified talent assessment and development practitioner and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
