It is the most exciting time to be a creative leader right now – businesses are finally starting to value design and creatives are now appearing at the C-Level. Running a design-led organisation requires a new set of skills that is different from traditional management and is crucial to keep companies innovating and growing.
We designed an Executive Programme tailored for creatives with 15+ years of experience who want to acquire business and strategic knowledge to be better leaders. Apart from business modules like operational management, organisational design and scaling, we included modules on new technologies, latest design approaches, innovation management and empathy to help you lead and grow new types of businesses.

Two things that are very different from a usual programme is the focus on the Human and the Planet. We can all agree on two things; if we don’t understand enough about our own brain, creativity and motivation, it is difficult to create anything outstanding. And two, there is absolutely no purpose in building a successful company or product if it will ruin our planet and destroy humanity.
Nine immersive weeks
Instead of spending years studying every weekend, we packed the entire executive curriculum into 9 intensive weeks.
And the best part is you don’t need to quit your job, as you will only need to be in London for 2 weeks every 3 months. On top of that you will be able to apply your learning in-between at your current job and come back with more reflections and questions for each module.
