Marcella Bremer

Marcella Bremer is an author, and culture & change consultant. She helps leaders, consultants, and professionals make a difference at work with positive leadership, change and positive culture.

She co-founded OCAI online that provides Cameron & Quinn’s validated Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). She works on organizational culture with global clients and teaches about positive leadership, culture, and change. She blogs about culture.

She also co-founded the positive Leadership & Change Magazine blog to help everyone make a difference at work.

Marcella published several books: “Organizational Culture Change: Unleash your Organization’s Potential in Circles of 10” and the book collections “Positive Leadership & Change” based on the Leadership & Change Magazine Blog.

Her new book is: Developing a Positive Culture where People and Performance Thrive (publishing date February 21, 2018).
