Biography

Marc Grau-Grau is an Assitant Professor of Social and Family Policies and a Coordinator of Joaquim Molins Figueras Childcare and Family Policies Chair the at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. Marc is also a Research Fellow at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School. Since 2021, he is a member of the Children Well-Being Research Network of the Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. He has a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh, and a Master in Political and Social Sciences from University Pompeu Fabra and a degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School. His research interests focus on children well-being, work-family balance, gender equality, and fatherhood involvement. He is the co-editor of the book Engaged Fatherhood published by Springer (2021).
