Bristol Business School

I am a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and a member of the Human Resources, Work and Employment Research Group in the Faculty of Business and Law.

I am a Module Leader on Engaging in Critical Business Enquiry (UG1) and teach on the following modules: Managing People (UG2), Law and Equality (UG2) and International HRM (UG3). I also teach a postgraduate module Equality and Diversity from a Comparative Perspective.

My PhD thesis is a gendered analysis of the education sector of Pakistan. My resaerch interests include gender and employment, equality and diveristy management and comparison of public and private sector employment practices, .
