Lynn Miller

Experience

Lynn joined the Center for Creative Leadership in 2008 as Senior Faculty, bringing over 30 years of experience in the education and business sector. She has been in leadership positions in corporate America, experienced as both a line and staff manager. The majority of her corporate experience is in leading the Learning and Development function within three major industries; a consumer transaction technology firm, an airline IT organization, and a global packaging solutions company. In addition, Lynn has been a line manager leading matrix teams to design software/hardware products that allow people to interact with systems based on their needs. As a senior facilitator Lynn has delivered programs in Western Europe, China, India, Australia and Brazil. Her organizational development work includes analyzing processes to improve innovation in teams and organizations and working with organizations to increase their ability to collaborate.

Current Role

Provides design, development, and facilitation for numerous and diverse CCL clients, enabling them to succeed in developing their leaders and organizations for success. Client sectors include such variety as healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, education, technology, and non-profit. Lynn is also an executive feedback coach, certified in multi-rater and many self-assessment tools. In addition, Lynn is the Resource Faculty Liaison creating the best fit between CCL’s expert faculty and CCL’s client needs. In a global design project Lynn helped to design and deliver one of CCL newest open enrollment programs, Leadership Fundamentals.

Educational Background

Lynn holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction, with an emphasis in instructional technology, from Virginia Tech. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in education, from the College of William and Mary.

Professional Affiliations

Lynn has served as adjunct faculty for the University of Georgia and as Board Chair for Girls Incorporated of Greater Atlanta. Lynn also holds a US Patent (along with some very talented team members) on user interface for the POS system.
