Biography

University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business

Liz de Wet is a process design and facilitation specialist with a particular focus on leadership practice and executive team development. Her key interest is in facilitation methodologies that create meaningful impact for both individuals and organisations and she has spent her 17 years of experience in organisational learning and change in refining an approach that turns ideas into sustained practice.

She is an independent practitioner who works in partnership with key institutions and individuals both locally and internationally. Her collaborations include the UCT Graduate School of Business where she has been responsible for the design and delivery of a range of customised executive education interventions; the Pentacle Virtual Business School where she is an international associate; the Centre for Innovation in Health Management at University of Leeds, that specialises in whole system intervention and change; and Ashridge Business School where she is an international associate.

Her qualifications include an MA, (with distinction) UCT; BA Honours in participatory education (with distinction) UCT; BA UCT. She has also undertaken postgraduate studies in systems thinking for leadership/organizational development.
