Lesa Burger

Profile

​Lesa has worked in adult education since 1999. She lectured for Birnam Business College for two years before entering the business world. She then worked as a leadership and management development consultant and soft skills trainer for Mutual & Federal for eight years.

She then worked at GIBS as a programme manager and learning integrator for five years. Lesa now runs her own coaching and personal mastery consultancy. She is also a professional associate of the Gordon Institute of Business Science where she coaches, lectures and integrates on various programmes.

Lesa is a people’s person who is passionate about facilitating individuals in their quest for learning integration and personal mastery. She thrives on assisting people in reaching higher levels of personal performance and self actualisation.​

• Honours degree in English Literature (WITS)
• Honours degree in Psychology (UNISA)
• Higher Certificate in Project Management  (Damelin)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (GIBS)
• Masters in Transpersonal Psychology  (Sofia University in the USA)

Fields of Interest

Lesa lectures in the areas of personal mastery and leadership. She is an action learning coach, a transformational coach and learning integrator. She also enjoys designing learning interventions.
