Leonardo is a lawyer member of the Madrid and Caracas (Venezuela) bar associations, specialized in advising international investors with interests mainly in Spain, Europe and Latin America on corporate matters, investment law and dispute resolution.
Throughout his career he has provided services to clients ranging from large international companies to small and medium-sized Latin American companies, as well as to important family estates in their investment in Spain. Leonardo has extensive experience in Europe and Latin America, providing comprehensive advice on real estate investments, investment structuring and corporate support services, as well as commercial transactions, forged during over 17 years in different law firms and consulting firms consistently ranked among the top five worldwide.
Proxy holder, member of the board of directors, director and secretary or deputy-secretary non-director of the board of directors of several transnational companies, including Spanish subsidiaries of listed companies.
Lawyer from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas, Venezuela), LL.M. from Instituto de Empresa Law School and National University of Singapore, Spanish lawyer from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, and master’s degree in tax consulting for professionals from IE Business School.
